Serves meat, vegan options available. Cajun inspired food with a few items for vegans which are: black beans, jackfruit bbq topped with coleslaw, tofu Creole and a Thai peanut sauce, and sometimes a white chili (check menu). Open Mon-Sat 11:00am-9:00pm.

Vegan Creole food!

Bourbon N’ Toulouse was such a fun stop on our road trip! They have at least 3-4 vegan options that are marked on the menu. Unfortunately, the Tofu Creole is not on the menu at the moment. I tried the vegan black beans and the vegan BBQ jackfruit sandwich and both were satisfying. Huge portions and I had enough left over for my next meal too 🙌🏼

The bread they serve on the side is vegan too, and delicious. I loved their vegan coleslaw, so yummy!!

Expanding Vegan Menu!

Their vegan options are starting to expand!! I tried their Tofu Creole last week…the tofu was cooked perfectly and the creole sauce was incredible. I’ve also had the Vegan Black Beans and BBQ Jackfruit sandwich and those do not disappoint either. I’m so excited to have a place in the Chevy Chase area with MULTIPLE VEGAN OPTIONS 🤤
