No Mutiny At This Bounty - Edit
I wager you would have good money on me producing some form of ‘beet’-based pun for this review—perhaps ‘Hard To Beet’ or ‘Made My Heart Skip A Beet’—but it would have been Bligh-the of me to do so (one for the maritime history buffs there) given this restaurant’s proximity to the marina. Alas, much like the titular vessel, I appear to have veered off into uncharted waters, so allow me to correct my course and get back to the task at hand.

Further adding to the ever-growing positive vibes were the friendly, attentive staff who didn’t bat an eyelid at either the contortions I was putting the menu through to adapt certain dishes to fit a vegan sensibility or simply the sheer volume of dishes that I was requesting. It also has to be noted that the service was incredibly well paced; despite a slew of orders (mainly from me), I never felt as though I was waiting an unduly long time for my next offering.
As for the food itself, this too didn’t fail to impress. The variations of avocado toast were velvety smooth, the tofu scramble was silky and flavourful, and the granola bowl was texturally superb—bright, vibrant fruit juxtaposed beautifully with the nutty sweet grains. The standouts, however, aside from the marvellous coffees, were the root vegetable salad and the buckwheat pancakes. At opposite ends of the spectrum with regard to nutrition, yet both equally fabulous in terms of what they contributed to the overall experience.
With timely, freshly prepared dishes that utilised unquestionably quality produce, I was thoroughly delighted with everything that graced my table—it’s safe to say, I’d go back in a heartbeet.

Good vibes, chilled ambiance. When I came here, some vegan options were not available, but I tried the salad and the açai bowl, and both were good. I liked the big mug of golden milk. It was heartwarming. The dessert didn't serve my taste, the texture was a bit off.

Amazing ambience, great food and fantastic staff! - Edit
The venue at Le Meridien Garhoud is gorgeous (very Instagramable, if you're into that) and there are loads of unique vegan options available. There is a separate plant-based menu and the main menu has items clearly marked as vegan. Milk substitutes are also available.
