A lovely spot! - Edit
Difficult choosing what to eat for an early lunch...so many menu items made with fresh and flavorful ingredients! Decided on pesto pasta salad and a pumpkin smoothie. Went home with a bowl of black bean soup for my lunch the next day (a surprising spiciness!) and treats for the week! Everything was delicious...and gluten free as well as vegan!

I was there and they did not have many options, it was a weekday maybe that is the reason. Ordered an açaí bowl without granola. Good option for someone who is heading out of Lewes.

Fresh and quality option in Lewes - Edit
Got some bowls and hummus and veggies here. The hummus was sooo tasty and smooth would definitely order again. This is probably the best smoothie bowl place in the area the ingredients were so fresh and they did not skimp on the toppings especially the berries. Would love to try the salads/ pasta vegan dishes another time!! So nice to have as an option in Lewes and the building is really cute!

Best acai bowls I’ve ever had. the acai bowls are made to order in the store and the pre made salads are in the deli case. great to grab and go! the vegan pasta salads are great and it’s such a cute little shop!
