Delicious and authentic vegan tamales!

These are healthy and fresh - a great alternative to the freezer burrito when you want to keep something aroud to grab in a hurry and feel good about it. You can smother them with salsa, mole or enchilada sauce if you want, or just eat them right from the husk. They are made by hand with great ingredients and well worth it.
