Needed a vegan pit stop between Austin, Tx and Lafayette, Louisiana and found Botsky's highly rated for vegan option and it was great... guys behind the counter were great, answered all my questions, sour dough rolls are vegan, they'll cook your vegan sausage dog on the veggie side of the grill if you ask them not to cross contaminate. I got the Not Dog and it was great, my partner got the Chicago dog made vegan and I loved that one so if I went back I'd probably get that! Cute downtown area too!

Great Beyond Burger - Edit
Went one day for the beyond sausage and came back for the beyond burger. Sausage was very good, burger was perfect. Many vegan fixings, all you would need. The guy taking the order didn’t really know which sauces were vegan, so we just went with catchup and mustard. Good fries and good beer.

Botsky's is currently serving the Beyond Burger and Beyond Sausage, and is a wonderful addition to a town where such options are rare to non-existent. Great list of toppings and local beers on tap. Friendly staff and a cool downtown vibe. Highly recommend.

Beyond Burger made my day! - Edit
I am so excited that Botsky's recently added the Beyond Burger to their menu. In a town with very few options for vegan/vegetarians, this was a very welcome addition. They also have a veggie dog. There is a respectable list of veggies as topping options, as well as some non-dairy based sauces. My husband and I got the burgers. They were delicious. The employee taking our order told us that he has been vegan for 8 years. Employees were very friendly and even excited that they are now offering the Beyond Burger. They checked to make sure that we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend!
