There's a very nice vegan shoyu ramen available, and a few options to customize it if you'd like. Sweet potato fries are good, but come with Japanese mayo by default so I was a tad disappointed my first time ordering them. Subsequent visits had me ask for no mayo or avoid ordering the fries altogether. If there were more choices for vegans I would rate higher, but what they offer is nice.

Lots of vegan options and build your own ramen bowl. Super fresh seaweed salad and potato croquettes. The miso ramen bowl with tofu kimchi green onions and seaweed was the best I ever had. They also offer virgin cocktails. Staff is super lovely and welcoming. I’ll be back here gladly.

Good place to go for something that's not burgers or pizza. There are very few vegan options, edamame, sweet potato fries, and a veggie ramen that "can be made vegan." They may have other options, but our server was not knowledgeable, wasn't sure what had eggs and dairy in it, and apparently didn't want to ask anyone. I would try this place again and see if a different server could give us more info maybe.

Update on Vegetarian Ramem - Edit
Just ordered from here tonight. The Vegetarian Ramen is no longer Vegan but there is a Vegan Shoyu that is! Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly re: vegan options. Food was great.
