Amazing Mushroom Burger - Edit
We stopped in and ordered the the big Jake and the mushroom burger. While everything was great, I'll be dreaming of that mushroom burger. My only regret with eating here was I didn't have us order another before we left. It's really that good!

Thank GOODNESS this place exists! I’m visiting from out of state on business while staying in downtown Springfield. Bosky’s is right in the heart of everything and a much-needed vegan haven. 🥰 They were super accommodating, too, when I asked them to basically make a double cheeseburger salad (so, skipping the bun). They didn’t even blink and were so kind in fulfilling this request. And it’s DELICIOUS! ❤️

If you are not a fan of the processed fake meat patty like beyond they have their own house patty that is delicious and doesn't make you feel icky afterwards. The fries are also delicious.

We were traveling through Springfield and were super excited to find this gem of an all vegan restaurant. Super friendly staff. The food was amazing and even passed the test with my 8 and 9 year olds who are picky eaters. The price was super affordable. The soda choices were refreshing. If you're not going to Bosky's you're living life wrong!

I guess onion rings were just a special, but we loved the cheese fries, cheeseburger, brat, and no-bake cookies! Nice location and quick, friendly service. Highly recommend! Back parking lot is $5 cash only in an envelope- antiquated but a little charming. Ha ha Probably street parking options too.

We live in Kansas City and drive through Springfield every few months to see my mom. Super excited a full-on vegan place, one where you don’t have to be creative with your order. Friendly vibe, amazing food, sustainability and I’m not a soda girl but they have some great unique flavors that were so good and just made the meal complete! No doubt about it - 5⭐️ - we are looking forward to making this part of our trip each time!

Small hole-in-the-wall restaurant showcases big concepts - Edit
Always good to find restaurants where the entire menu is plant based, and the menu at Bosky’s is a delicious plant-based take on traditional fast-food fare. My spicy chick’n sandwich was delicious, along with chili (with plant-based cheddar cheese and sour cream) that filled out the meal, and a side of curly fries. My husband got the brat, which he says was “very good.” Included with each meal was a small container with a half dozen red seedless grapes, and a scrumptious chocolate chip no-bake cookie. Food was prepared very quickly and served piping hot. We chose to eat at one of the four tables in the restaurant, but obviously most orders are “to go.”
Read moreNot only is their menu forward-thinking, but the restaurant uses compostable plastic utensils for less landfill waste, and the owner has a “hospitality included” policy, so no tipping, she pays her employees a fair wage. All in all, a very forward looking restaurant.

Springfields best new vegan lunch spot! - Edit
Had the pleasure of coming to check this new place out as an ambassador. Met the owner who was very nice and explained items on the menu and gave helpful suggestions. We brought our toddler vegans and they had a good experience and were able to try different sauces too!
Read moreThe dining seating is limited, so predominantly a to go option, but they do have two tables for seating. Make efforts to be eco friendly! Their meals were good portion sizes, tasty and properly priced. The staff was friendly and the place was clean.
My children liked the nuggets and fries. But we really loved the no. 1 burger and the vegan chick burger for the adults.
They also have a cream soda bar and no bake vegan cookies. I would definitely go back, and hope that more restaurants come to SWMO that are eco and vegan oriented!
