Heerlijk 3 gangenmenu gegeten. Kunnen hun gerechten makkelijk vegan maken, maken er geen probleem van en schrikken ook niet als een vegan binnenkomt. Kundig personeel. Een chiquer restaurant met een goede sfeer. Aanrader!

Vegan Haute cuisine - Edit
If you want to celebrate an event or want to dine in class, Boompjes is the place to be. Very friendly staff and took extra good care of my wishes as a vegan! I reserved in advance, i would recommend this so they can prepare. Not a lot of choices on the menu but what they had was amazing! Higher price range but well worth the money!

What an amazing food experience - Edit
Although the restaurants are closed at the moment in the Netherlands, we had such a great food experience at home. Food was amazing, instructions very clear! Friendly staff; i forgot to mention vegan instead of vegetarian while ordering and they were very helpful by adjusting the food very last minute

Top class culinary experience - Edit
I have eaten twice at this restaurant and both were rewarding culinary vegan experiences. Though the restaurant serves meat and fish too, that seems more to appease the local clientele since the main focus is on doing great things with vegetables. Our last meal was 4 course dinner and included vegetables from the garden, a dish consisting of different preparations of cauliflower, a grilled cabbage and fennel sorbet(!) with edible flowers. Our daughters happily ate tomato soup and fries. Expect to pay between 50-100 euro per adult. This is one of the best vegetable restaurants in the Netherlands. The restaurant was recently listed in a worldwide top-100 of vegetable restaurants (https://weresmartworld.com/nl/restaurants/boompjes).
