Rotating vegan flavors - Edit
We had friends in town and stopped in for icecream and I was surprised that they had a separate case of about 8 vegan flavors. I had gotten a mocha flavor that was really good and my friend had gotten the same flavor in the regular section and said the vegan version was better. A few days later I happened to go in with a friend and noticed the vegan flavors were different! I couldn't believe it!

I absolutely love Boomalatt’s. They always have a great selection of vegan ice cream, and change up their options. The seasonal flavors are to die for. The crew is very knowledgeable on what is vegan and what isn’t. You can get any flavor in a shake, or a pint to-go. They also have their toppings listed, and what is vegan. Their other locations are also wonderful too!

Vegan flavors based on girlscout cookies - Edit
They had thin mint and tagalong vegan ice creams on the menu when we visited and they were both delicious. There are also some other basic flavors available, as well as some toppings.

Delicious vegan ice cream - Edit
Staff was very knowledgeable of vegan options! They had 3 flavors available that were clearly labeled vegan and kept in a separate freezer case which was very appreciated. The vegan flavor options were chocolate, oatmeal cookie, and coffee. There was a 50 cent upcharge for vegan flavors.

We were searching for some vegan sweet treats and happened upon Boombalatti’s. Low and behold they had SIX vegan flavors of ice cream! They were creamy and delicious, we went back several times during our visit to Wilmington.

They had 4 or 5 vegan flavors! Sign was a little confusing because under the vegan options one flavor said “low dairy”…so I just assumed that one wasn’t vegan. But we ended up getting vegan milkshakes and they were really good! We got chocolate and oatmeal cookie

They are amazing. They have several vegan flavors to choose from. They are always switching up flavors and creating seasonal flavors. I can go with my friends and never feel left out. There is always a flavor I’m interested in. They are really friendly and great atmosphere.

Boombalatti’s has THE BEST homemade vegan ice cream that we have ever eaten! Made on premises (and changing with the menu), they had multiple flavors from which to choose. It was absolutely delicious! This is a must-visit, and these out-of-towners will definitely be back on our next trip to Wilmington!

Nothing but great things to say about the icecream and staff. I started off slow and would go every couple days to get some icecream. Now I go once a week to get atleast a quart! I am always on their instagram page (the stories) to keep up to date on the changing flavors. This helps me decide which location to go to. Also, its fun to get to know the owner and where my money is going. The icecream is creamy and never dull. My non-vegan boyfriend enjoys the dairy free flavors as well.

Found this via the Happy Cow app. Non-vegans with me we're thrilled with the selection. Me (vegan) also thrilled that I had FOUR vegan options.
Read moreVegan nice cream was stored and handled separately from the others. Younger guys working there were super friendly and also knew none of the cones were vegan (so I settled for a cup).
Vegan ice cream was super creamy and delicious! I'll be back! (Probably tomorrow).
