Good for a coffee and pastries - Edit
Nice bookshop (some English books as well) with bar and terrace in the city centre. We had a coffee, fresh orange juice and a vegan pastry (bounty). All was very nice. There were several vegan pastries, no cake when we were there. Not really cheap.

Come for the books, not the food. - Edit
Only thing particularly vegan about this place was the fact, that it had some small, ridiculously overpriced vegan desert bites and plant milk for an additional charge (which every cafe has nowadays).

One of the Best Cafes in Kaunas - Edit
Beautiful café with a special flair since it is a book shop at the same time. You can just sit with your coffee beweet bookshelves or play piano. The vegan cake (with cherries) was really delicious.
