2025 Vegan Chef Challenge Review - Edit
This year’s entry for the Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge was a falafel burger. The actual flavor of the Falafel Burger was disguised by the gritty texture of the patty. It was like each bite had a grain of sand in it. It was so distracting that I honestly don’t remember if the dish tasted good or not. The sweet potato fries were great.

Vegan menu items are clearly labeled with a “V” although some dishes appear to be mislabeled as vegan when they should be vegetarian.
