Excellent cafe in peaceful area - Edit
Looks like a converted house in the country, but it is tastefully decorated and has a good menu. I had a vegetable salad with sweet potato fries which were delicious. Would go back again.

best place in newcastle - Edit
suggest the double cheeseburger. it was great and in my opinion the double is the perfect amount of meat. the flavours of the sauces remind me of a McDonald's cheeseburger but the actual burger in the bun tastes better. nice and open area and great seating. only real flaw is the staff didn't really smile and the location is a bit odd but i will definitely go again.

Lovely Breakfast - Edit
Took my wife out to breakfast this morning. The setting was very nice in an old courthouse. The pancake stack and the Big Veg Breakfast were both very nice. Prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Cons: Would have been nice if the pancakes and the bread
