We ordered the mixed banh mi and the tofu banh mi. The mixed one was better with vegan sausage and barbecue in it. The tofu one was alright but not as flavorful. Both had plenty of filling and good bread. The salted kumquat and apricot tea was incredible! They used o mai instead of just salted lemons, and the flavor was so complex and delicious.

The food and kombucha is so good 👍. This place should be higher up in the list. I've struggled to find good fried spring rolls in Vietnam and this place is the best so far. I had the fried spring roll brown rice noodle dish and it was unreal. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely incredible. We chose the fried spring rolls, broken rice & mixed Vermicelli noodle salad. All dishes were amazing and full of flavour. The service was extremely friendly and efficient.

Home made kombucha - Edit
A menu that you need a smart phone to read, changes daily. Lots to choose from and many drinks, none with alcohol, nut mils, juices, teas, and a kombucha selection. Ate here twice, for lunch it's filled with vietnamese, probably office,workers, and at dinner it's mostly tourists. The staff speaks good English and the menu is quite descriptive, food delicious,and middle price range.

So happy I stumbled upon this place in the sea of vegan restaurants. Was looking for a place to have a vegan breakfast (including coffee). Their coffee is great, the milk coffee is very nice and the coconut cream coffee is nice but quite strong. They also serve hot milk coffee, which I was excited about but it actually does taste better iced in my opinion!
Read moreWe tried three Banh mi’s for breakfast: mushroom, tofu and bbq and both were one of the best banh mi’s I’ve tried so far. They didn’t use coriander (!) and they added a very nice slightly spicy sauce. We also tried soy protein skewers as a side dish and they were very tasty and a bit chewy. I’m so impressed by the flavours of the restaurant that I will probably come back to try more!
The restaurant is located in an alley, has mostly inside seats but also one outside table. Staff speaks good English and they surprisingly also speak Korean. Service is very good. Payment can be done by cash or card.

Tucked away in an alley off the main road. Quiet and excellent food. The three banh mis we tried didn’t have coriander in them, so it’s good for people who don’t like coriander. The server speaks very good English and Korean. I went back for the second time to try the bun cha and it was superb. The fake meat was seasoned very well and the broth for dipping was also very good with carrots and radish slices.

We came here for breakfast on our first day in Ho Chi Minh. The mushroom Banh Mi was excellent would recommend. They do a great detox juice and iced coffee too. Staff super helpful.

Recently I went back for my second evening meal here after a long time out of the country, and I'm still a big fan of their menu selection and the fact that the menu itself is online via QR code; also that they have an interesting selection of grocery/pantry items opposite their prep space. The place is very 🇵🇸🗝️ nice for both solo diners and couples/pairs. I recommend the Bun Cha and also the cold Pho noodles - both of which are very satisfying and delicious. 🇵🇸⚖️ The pricing's very clear too! On a matter of principle, none of the V.A.T is hidden unlike some other places, and the menu items are explicitly priced.

Had the bbq banh mi which was okay, nothing really to write home about. Not one of the great banh mi’s but still enjoyable. The place is very nice however and the staff are lovely. Menu is on a QR code which is also a bit annoying and it’s not cheap compared with other places in the city.

What a wonderful experience! I came here twice during my stay in Ho Chi Minh and loved it! The food is great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. They also make their own kombucha, which was delicious. 10/10 would recommend!

Had dinner here. Loved the setting in a small alley. Lots of green and no street noise. I was sitting outside. Food takes some time to prepare but war good. Friendly staff and good service as well.
