Great local option! - Edit
Stopped in here and ordered a grilled vegetable burrito bowl for lunch. The gentleman working here was able to answer all of my questions and was knowledgeable about the ingredients. The bowl was delicious and fairly priced ($16) for the area. I also ordered a side of chips and salsa ($7) which were also very good. All in all I would definitely come here again.

Soy meat is NOT VEGAN - Edit
All that is vegan was the veggies. So my veggie fajitas were $25 once I got rice and beans. It was tasty, but $25 for bell peppers, onions, tortillas and rice???

Very yummy vegan Mexican food - Edit
My husband and I found happy cow to be a bit limited in the USVI so we found this place doing the traditional “vegan food near me” google search. What a gem! I’m amazed I’m the first person to add this place to happy cow. The food was great, the drinks were great, and the staff was super nice. The soy meat is kind of ground meat style and very tasty. If you are looking for something to eat close to the airport this is a great option! They have lots of easy parking and take cards.
