Mexican tacos and to go food pop up kitchen - Edit
Went here to get some take out food for my mom and I. Met Elvira and hector. Owners. They have lots of traditional vegan dishes veganized. Got 4 to go orders 1/2 litter each. Got discada. Hibiscus flower. Steak and onions and pastor. When I got home the hibiscos and al pastor were the only ones I tried as they were really filling. They were delicious. I ate on site a corn dog. I was thrown away since it was so good. They use different kinds of proteins like seitan. Lentils. Soy and tofu. Also friend their 2 kinds of cauliflower nuggets. And a hibiscus drinks. They open only Saturdays from 11am to 6pm. It’s cash only or bank transfer. They have been opened since 2021.
