One of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Rude service, no English menu or anyone from the staff to help you in English, they also haven't heard what smiling at the customer means, apparently. No labeled vegan options whatsoever, and as other reviews mentioned - no vegan breakfast options at all. Your best bet is to go to the vegetarian section and check individually which options have dairy listed as an allergen. Had I not been with a group I would have walked out instantly.

Ciftlik delight, concept not quite - Edit
Bona'me offers Turkish cuisine with a self-service concept similar to what Vapiano used to have. Upon entering, you're given a card, then you place your order at a terminal and take a buzzer to your table. Drinks and dishes must be collected separately as they become ready at different times, which creates a somewhat hectic, canteen-like atmosphere.
Read moreUnfortunately, the terminal menu doesn’t clearly label vegan options—unlike the online menu—so it’s advisable to check in advance. As others have pointed out, there are no vegan options for breakfast, pide, or dessert, and only two vegan main courses are available.
That said, the meze and the dishes we tried were very tasty and well-seasoned. The falafel and the Çiftlik Saç, in particular, are highly recommended.
Overall, while the food quality is good, the concept earns no more than 3 stars from a vegan perspective.

Read moreKein einziges veganes Frühstück. Genauso enttäuschend die Speisenauswahl, bspw. Über 16 Pide-Varianten, aber nicht eine einzige vegan. Auch kein einziger veganer Nachtisch.
