We had cucumber salad, which was crunchy, fresh and flavorful, and their delicious vegan ramen with hand-pulled noodles.

As regards the menu, there are 2 ramen options and some side dishes, which are vegan. You don’t have to make a reservation beforehand.

€14 euros for the veggie ramen with tofu. Decent flavour, and a good way to tick off some food groups other than carbs😉

Tasty and quick - Edit
The vegetable broth ramen is vegan and is packed full of veggies and tofu! I opted to make it spicy, but honestly, it was still fairly mild/medium. It was tasty but won't blow your head off. As expected with a ramen restaurant, we were severed our food very quickly, so I definitely recommend if you're in Bologna for the film festival and need a decent meal quickly between movies!
