Unrivalled vegan Indian buffet - Edit
I had the buffet now several times and every time the food was outstanding. The buffet consists of a starter, salad, soup, often Nan bread, rice, noodles, potatoes, lentils as well as fresh and freshly cooked vegetables, and always a dessert. Drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic) have to be paid extra. Beware - some dishes are hot and spicy, and that's exactly what I like the most.
Since I know the Bombay I also know how superb the Indian cuisine can be. I always compare the food of any other Indian restaurant to that of Bombay and I can't think of any better one. If it were entirely vegan, I would rate it with 5+ stars.
