I love Bombay House! - Edit
Bombay House is awesome! They know vegan and will cook to your specifications. They have quite a few vegan options clearly marked (for the most part), and they can also make adjustments. The food is fantastic; the best Indian I've ever had. My only complaint is that most of it is high in oil. They can reduce or eliminate the oil if you ask.
Pros: Fantastic food, Several vegan options, Knowledgeable staff
Cons: Limited WFPB options, Not open for lunch, Sometimes very crowded

I want to give this place 5 stars, it is so awesome! Lots of vegan options, and my favorite dish, the vegetable coconut korma is the stuff dreams are made of! It's kinda spendy, but my husband takes me for my birthday or to celebrate. I would say good size portions if I didn't normally lick my plate clean! Sometimes I can have self control to save some for leftovers, which are just as good the next day.
Pros: lots of veg options, style, best Indian food you will ever eat!
Cons: long wait on a weekend night, not open Sunday

Favorite Indian food in Utah - Edit
My FAVORITE Indian food in Utah. Their curries, naan, appetizers... it's all fantastic!
They have a section of their menu for vegetarian dishes and vegan options are marked. Staff is also very knowledgeable about veganism.
Only downside is they aren't open for lunch :(
Pros: Great curry, Amazing flavor, Naan!!
Cons: No vegan desserts, Closed for lunch
