easy and friendly - Edit
Staff here was super helpful. They have lots and lots of different ingredients to make up a burrito or bowl and it was filling and fast with good flavor. We are here several times during a business trip.

One of my favorites - Edit
Boloco has a lot of options for vegetarians, considering every burrito on the menu can be made with tofu. You can also make up your own from any of their ingredients. The burritos are always great and the smoothies are pretty good too. The guy (manager?) at the one we usually go to is very friendly. One time her even gave us free cookies because he recognized us as regulars. They also have Boloco cards which you can swipe when you pay and get points towards free food.
Pros: friendly staff, great food

eh, not bad - Edit
Orders are taken using a touch screen and with no human interaction, so that was pretty cool (fyi the computer menu is very easy to follow). They must trust people will take the correct size fountain drink because that part is self serve. You grab your food when they call your number and it's a casual enough atmosphere to feel comfortable sitting alone with a book. I had a classic mexican tofu, bean, rice, tomato burrito. It was good, but a little bland lacking spices.
Pros: casual, touch screen ordering, cheap
Cons: bland

Tasty and Friendly - Edit
The food is nothing fancy, but it is well prepared and tastes good. The staff were very aware of food contamination issues, which was refreshing. Since everything is assembled in front of you, you can observe the whole process.
As soon as the cashier heard "nut allergy" he made a special notation on the ticket AND spoke to the fellow preparing our meal. The guy wiped down the counter, removed his gloves, washed his hands, and put on a fresh pair of gloves before touching the food. Granted, the space was not decontaminated, but you're not going to get better than that in a restaurant.
Pros: cheap, tasty, comfy chairs

Tasty and convenient - Edit
I ate here twice when visiting Boston in August 2009. There are many convenient locations and the servers were very helpful - totally understanding vegan needs. You can order tofu instead of meat in all the wraps and you can see them making your wrap so that you can make sure you don't get something you don't want. My kids loved it too.
Pros: Convenient locations, friendly staff, fast
Cons: serves meat
