Tolles kleines Lokal welches auch einige vegane Alternativen anbietet. Hatten einen veganen und vegetarischen Burger - superlecker mit selbstgemachtem gemüsepatty wie ich es lange nicht mehr gegessen habe und in Bolo do Caco Brot (bekannt für diese Region) - auf Wunsch weil ich es in den Kommentaren gelesen hatte hat man uns sogar als Vorspeise ein veganes bolo do Caco mit veg Kräuterbutter gezaubert. Vielen Dank nochmal dafür, war echt lecker 🙂

Auch wenn das Lokal an einer beliebten Wanderung liegt, verstehen wir nicht ganz warum bei den Burgern die Beilage nicht im Preis inkludiert sind zumal die Handvoll Fritten jetzt nicht wirklich viele waren. Ansonsten definitiv einen Besuch und die 5 🌟 wert.

Delicious food, very nice and friendly owners - the lady immediately asked if any of us is veggie! I had the smash burger (I am a vegetarian so I took vegetarian option as it had garlic mayo 😅) and loved it - highly recommend this hidden gem!!

Unglaublich lieber Service, die Inhaberin kam mit der Karte zu uns und hat gefragt ob wir vegetarisch/vegan wären, die kleine aber feine Karte hat sie uns direkt vorgestellt mit den veganen Optionen und was genau drauf ist! Unglaublich freundlich. Wir waren 2 Tage hintereinander dort, es war so unfassbar lecker. Sowohl der Burger mit Pommes, als auch die Pizza sind wow! Die Portionen sind riesig, wir waren Papp satt! 🫶🏽

The staff is super friendly. We wanted to share the burger and pizza, so they already devided them. The burger was my absolute favorite: so good! Its a lovely place with a nice atmosphere and a really beautiful view. I would come back again!!

We went there two times. Both times, we ordered a vegan burger, vegan pizza, and sweet potato plate. Everything was very delicious! Rich taste! Most of the ingredients are from the owners' garden.

The owners are friendly, welcoming, humorous, and sweet. Best place in Madeira so far!

Went there because I read the reviews about the vegan options and they are all true. It was really good. Owners are super kind and accommodating. One day I tried the burger (forgot to take a picture) and went back the other day for vegan pizza. Yum! Cocktails are great too!:)

Read moreThe moment we walked in, we were greeted by the owners and shown the terrace where the views were spectacular. They offered us their vegan options, which was a burger and pizza. We chose the burger and they explained all the fresh ingredients used. And let me tell you, these were some of the best vegan burgers I’ve had…and by far the best on the island. The burgers come between two Bolo do Caco flat bread slices. The fries were seasoned with some paprika spices. They even made us a special vegan sauce for the fries. Delicious!
I highly recommend going here for the food, experience and meeting these two wonderful people who made our day.

Ok, now I understand all those good reviews. The owners are amazingly friendly and nice people. The service is very personal. And food? Oh my.. Best vegan burgers I had on the island. Not even looking good, but they are rich in flavours (2 different patties, vegan cheese, different vegetables and sauces) and pretty big! Served in Madeira traditional bread, but it's not dry as in many other places. This one is really perfect. The view from the terrace is perfect, especially that amazing huge avocado tree right next to the teracce. They also had alcohol free dark beer and cider. Big ups!

We came here for lunch. We had two delicious vegan burgers and a tasty non alcoholic cocktail. The owner is lovely and incredibly nice! Also you have a fantastic view! Thank you for making my birthday even better.

They have more vegan options than the burger and a daily menu. A lot of the food is raised by themself in their garden. They are absoluetly brillant hosts and the burger was massive!

J'ai goûté le Smash Burger vegan, fait avec un bolo do caco, traditionnel de Madère, avec des frites de patates douces, et du chuchu frits en entrée. C'était délicieux et bien copieux ! J'ai adoré et je recommande vivement ! Le personnel est chaleureux et amical, le lieu est splendide (vue panoramique sur la mer, la forêt et la montagne, au calme). La carte étant courte, un seul plat vegan paraît normal. Merci encore aux restaurateurs !

We were welcomed by the super friendly owner even before opening time, when he saw us standing in front of the door. He explained all food options to us and also made adjustments to the veggie burger, to make it perfectly to our liking.
