Not sure why it's on Happy Cow

Went in and the cashier was friendly and helpful. Stated pretty much everything has milk and they couldn't guarantee that items would be milk free. So likely not vegan. She didn't seem to know what vegan meant.
If you end up here, go nextdoor to the sushi spot which has an amazing vegan menu.

Cons: Not vegan

Jury is still out

Was excited to try "Indian street food" after a trip to India. This popular place does claim to have vegan dishes, although these are not marked on the menu. The mixed dal (which I hope is vegan) is tasty. It just took 35 minutes to get it. The "vegan" roti came slathered in some oily substance, presumably ghee, so I couldn't eat it. I might give this place another chance, although ghee on vegan roti does not give me great confidence that what I am eating is truly vegan. Provisional 2 stars.

Pros: The cashier seemed to know what was vegan or not, The food I got (mixed dal) tasted good

Cons: I waited 35 minutes for mixed dal and roti, The roti (supposedly vegan) was slathered in ghee
