Serves meat, vegan options available. Little meatball shop in the city center offering a menu of just 4 types of meatballs plus 1 weekly special. One is vegan, made from quinoa, tofu, rice, mushroom, and caramelized onion. Have your meatballs on a plate or in a sandwich with choice of sauce, garnish (potato wedges or rice), and ask for vegan cheese.

Tasty meatball sandwich - Edit
Made a visit based on the review that said they had vegan cheese. Waitress asked me whether or not I would like cheese with the order and I said "yes" since I had asked for the vegan sub. Suddenly I thought maybe I should ask if they served vegan chesse and alas, they did not. Minus 1 point.
'Balls are comprised of wholegrain rice, quinoa and black beans, SUPER tasty and the peanut salsa is to die for. Don't be frightened if after the first bite it looks like meat, because those were my exact same thoughts.
Somebody here said the taters are oven-baked; maybe, but mine were served dripping oil.
You have two sub options: S or XL. It's not much of an option, as you are served either 3 or 4 balls on a regular store-bought toasted hot dog bun. For the price (9€ sub+tater combo, no drink) i did expect a more refined choice of bread.
Place is very friendly, 5min walk from Opera metro station and nicely decorated but also extremely tiny. Holds 10 people max and sits 8 outside, tops.

Pros: Food tastes amazing, Atmosphere, Friendly staff
Cons: Cramped space, Hot dog bun; small portions for price; no cheese, Vegan is 1€ extra, more expensive than meat

Yummy 'meat'-balls - Edit
I had the big combo with 4 vegan meatballs in a bun plus potatoes. Super yummy! Sadly they didn't have vegan cheese that day but the sauce totally made up for it.

Delicious Meatballs - Edit
Vegan meatballs are quite nice, they're not mock meat but instead a rice/quinoa mix but I still liked it - the sub has the option of vegan cheese (make sure you specify) and it came with a yummy satay sauce.

I didn't really like it... - Edit
Cute little place, and super friendly waitress. I wanted to like it, but the sandwich just didn't taste very well to me. I wish they had another option, since everybody else seems to like the current one.

Good for vegans/vegetarians, sometimes.... - Edit
Finding vegan food in Spain is a bit of an adventure. Often I'm eating verduras a la plancha, but I like to mix it up once in a while. This place is a find. The vegan option is absolutely delicious, and the rest of the family liked the regular meatballs. You will find a simple menu with a couple of options, but make no mistake they do one thing and do it to perfection.
The location is great. It's on a little side street with no traffic. Outdoor or indoor seating is limited, but our family of four got a table outside. They serve good beer and wine. Definitely not fancy, but it will make you very happy.
UPDATE: Came two nights in a row, and on the second night, a Saturday, they had no vegan option. Not sure why, but I'd recommend calling ahead.
Pros: Tasty
Cons: No vegan meatballs on second visit!

Really good vegan meatballs sandwich - Edit
A meatballs bar/shop in central Madrid. There is one vegan option served with oven baked chips or rice. They even have vegan cheese. There are two outdoor tables that are great for warm seasons. Very friendly staff and a good honest vegan fast food option.
Last week the price of the vegan option went up 1€ making it more expensive than the meat options. Really?
Pros: Very tasty vegan option, Outdoor tables
Cons: Vegan option 1€ more expensive

Nothing fancy... but tasty - Edit
Not always easy to find a place in the center of Madrid where you can sit outside and have a vegan meal! This place is in a small street without traffic, so very nice indeed. The service is very basic - we got our stuff handed to us through the window, but the vegan plate was tasty and we got a fantastic jug of lemonade that was very much worth it.
Pros: outside tables, nice location, good lemonade
Cons: just one veggie option, limited seating

Only meatballs w/ a vegan option - Edit
Nice small restaurant serving just meatballs, which you can have on a sandwich or a plate. Seeing the Vegan symbol on the window was like an adrenaline rush. Helpful staff will inform you of which sauces are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Located right in the centre of Madrid, just a minute away from Callao Square. They have a few tables outside, the narrow street they're located in is always busy so it's great to get one of them to enjoy your meal. Good place to go with your nutty omnivores friends for a quick lunch/dinner.
Pros: inexpensive, centrally located
Cons: not a single vegan dessert
