Great vegan options - Edit
Bole is one of my favorites! I’ve been coming here often since 2019 and they are always consistent and always delicious. Veggie platter is so good, and if you request “teff injera” it’ll be gluten free as well.

Fabulous food and eat here once a week - Edit
I have been eating here for years before switching to the Plant-based/Whole food lifestyle. I continue to come for the delicious Veggie combo. It is always fresh and hits all of my dietary needs. Highly recommend for great food, wonderful taste, and good service.

Excited for Ethiopian - Edit
Bole is a great place to take people who aren't vegan and see how amazed they are by the variety of options and sample options on the veggie plate. I always get the veggie lovers ($37) because it easily feeds 2 people and always has a little something for everyone.

Delicious vegan Ethiopian options! - Edit
I ordered the vegetarian platter (all vegan), which was a colorful, yummy mix of collard greens, lentils, beets, cabbage/carrots/green beans, and a fresh salad. The injera was light and springy. A good portion size and balance for only $13!

I enjoyed my food, but there was review that said this place is better than Desta and I have to disagree. It was good, but Desta is better. The service left much to be desired. I dined outside and after I received my food the server completely forgot to check on me and another person that was there. I wanted silverware to eat a salad that I got, but I was never given it. We eventually had to go inside to pay for our food. The food was good, but the service could have been better.

The vegetarian combo is only $10 and comes with enough food that you’ll likely have to take some home. Service is really friendly and the food is delicious.
