Burger so mushy

Was happy to get a vegan burger but not a fan of bean patties. It was soggy, mushy, and fell apart. Fries are great but that's because potatoes are great. Good stop for a snack but would definitely not get the burger again.

If you ever have the chance to go again, ask them to fry the patty! That’s how I get it every time and it’s SO much better. I don’t like mushiness either but if the patty is fried it’s the best vegan burger in my opinion

Love this burger!

I have been a fan of Boise Fry Co. since moving to Boise, and was so excited that we didn't have to give it up once we went vegan. This was the first restaurant we ate at as vegan, and they did not disappoint! The vegan burger, served on a vegan bun, is absolutely fantastic and one of those things I could eat for every meal. Paired with the we-already-know-they're-great fries, you can't go wrong! The Bown Crossing location makes the best vegan burger of all the BFC locations we've been to - so we happily make the trek across town to eat here.

Pros: Fries, fries, fries! Can't go wrong with a potato!

Cons: Parking can be limited, depending on time of day

At Least there is an Option

Finally made it to a Boise Fry Company and was excited to try their vegan burger. The staff working that day didn't have a clue about what vegan ment, couldn't answer questions or provide nutritional information. When the burger arrived it was nothing special. Ketchup is about the only fry sauce option that is vegan. The only reason I'd return is if I was the minority in a group of non-vegans and it was their dining choice. There are a lot better options for a good vegan burger in the Treasure Valley than Boise Fry Company. Pretty disappointed.

One of the best BFC locations

Not all BFCs are created equal! This is my second favorite location. The staff is super friendly and they default to frying the vegan patty. This makes a world of difference, because otherwise it is very mushy. You can add grilled onions and jalapenos. You have to specify that you want the vegan patty, bun, grill (if not getting it fried), and toppings. The menu labels the patties and condiments that are vegan. They also sell beer and kombucha. This location has decent parking options.

Pros: Default to fried vegan patty, Always has jalapenos (and will grill them), Decent parking options
