Beautiful Store, Friendly Staff and Abundant Vegan Options - Edit
Love the Boise-Co-Op in the Village at Meridian. We are so fortunate to have them in our community. The staff are friendly and accommodating. If they can't find you something they will find someone who can. If it's not in the store you can special request it. I was shocked how fast they got in Miyoko cheese when we requested it, and they have continued to expand the vegan cheese selections beyond that. The fresh organic produce, grains, beans, vegan meat, vegan cheese, and vegan yogurt options are excellent and the best in the city. The bakery has vegan options which sell out quickly, but you can always special order them. There is always a selection of fresh local breads, many of which are vegan. We have friends that come from out of state to buy the vegan oatmeal cream cookies by the dozen they are so good. You can get a fresh made salads, sandwich or burrito with all vegan ingredients. There are also many vegan health and beauty products to select from. This is a consumer, environment and health focused establishment. It is not surprising that this store won several categories in Best of Meridian. You can't help but smile when you are there!
