Best vegan food in Varkala

I ended up going there every day during my stay in Varkala, both the lunch and dinner buffets are fully vegan and you'll find lots of options! Also, I recommend to come just before sunset and get a table at the front terrace, the view is breathtaking! Friendly staff, you can pay by card (although they'll charge you extra), clean and nice decor. Sometimes they forget to put music so the atmosphere becomes a bit dull, but generally it's great.

Pros: fully vegan buffet, card payments accepted, beautiful view

Cons: vegan items not clearly marked on the menu, buffet food not always well labelled

Best buffet in town!

This place, if rated just on their buffet would be a 12/10. Four stars simply because they hand you a menu but you can’t order anything off it! They have a lunch buffet for 250inr and dinner is 350inr. Eat as much as you like and go back for more, more, more. About ten to twelve different dishes to choose from with breads, pakoras, rice, curries, dahl and chutneys. Totally worth the visit. Finish with the mango cheesecake. Oh my stars! (All plant based/vegan).

Pros: Flavour , Value , Vibe

Cons: Menu is extensive but nothing was available

Not fully vegan but vegan buffet was great

Some nice vegan options including cheesecake! I didn't end up having any cake as opted for the buffet and enjoyed all of it. Fresh salad was brought out when I had the second helping which was nice. V good value for 250 Rs. Might head back for the cake soon! Only a couple of tables at entrance to enjoy the views but lovely inside too with beautiful mantras playing in the background, delicious insense burning and it's cosy and well decorated. Nice staff too😄

Pros: Vegan buffet

Cons: Breakfast ends at 12 😄

Go for the cheesecake!

Would give 5 stars for this place if I could as the cheesecake was amazing! So tasty and delicious and the staff were really nice too. We only had cheesecake here but they had a lot of vegan options listed on the menu. They do serve meat though.

Pros: The cheesecake, Vegan options

Cons: Serves meat

Delicious vegan curries

Delicious vegan buffet for a good price - breakfast, lunch and dinner. Is a fully vegan restaurant with salads, curries, cakes, juices etc and a cool vibe.

Pros: all vegan and not too expensive

AMAZING

Eco Puccini Lala has delicious sub vegan menu including curries, soups and CAKES. I've had very tasty lunches here and the best vegan cheese cake of my life. Seriously don't even think about not having a cake as you will regret it :)

We came to Varkala few days ago and it's already become our regular lunch place.
The atmosphere is chilled and guys who work here are the kindest people you can wish for.

Yunis is incredible and always in good spirits;)

And they use bamboo not plastic straws which is just brilliant.

Pros: vegan sub menu, relaxed atmosphere , Eco

Cons: nothing it's really an amazing place
