Breakfast spot - Edit
They offer limited vegan fare and their main dish is called The Vegan Truck Stop - hash browns, toast, tofu scramble, tomatoes, etc. Will maybe do oatmeal and fruit next time.

We were looking forward to trying the Vegan Truck Stop breakfast, and while the presentation was okay, the food was a bit lacking.
Read moreWhen the food arrived, it looked great, but the sauce (too much pepper IMHO) was on everything except the bread and jam. At least it added a bit of heat to the otherwise cold beans.
The bread and jam was good, but the rest of the food was only meh! The sauce was not needed.
Maybe an off day for them, and I'm sure their non-vegan food is better, but a couple of blocks away is a similar vegan breakfast that is consistently good and less expensive.

The vegan huevos ranchero was good but more like a bunch of dips to dip chips in then a breakfast plate. The taste was good though and the atmosphere of the restaurant is awesome.

The very good, large, vegan breakfast plate includes guacamole, refried beans, spinach, slivered hash-browns, chili, tortilla chips and tomato salsa. Not sure why it's called Huevos Rancheros, as there's no attempt at eggs, but it is indeed a Mexican-inspired meal.

Our meals arrived quickly and service was good and friendly.

The vegan Huevos rancheros were an awesome fully vegan option available! I liked it, there wasn’t much else besides this in terms of vegan but you could very easily order lots of sides and things to replace meat in dishes! I would go again!

Bohemian Cafe Review - Edit
The Bohemian Cafe is a very trendy looking restaurant located in the heart of downtown Kelowna BC. It is vegan friendly and uses free run/range eggs only in all of their menu items. This is the only restaurant in Kelowna that will take a stand against the cruelty of caged bird eggs (besides our only vegan restaurant Lake Tai)and they deserve a shout out for this. Vegans can enjoy oatmeal blueberry pancakes for breakfast that are delicious and several other healthy vegan choices on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.
