Great view, decent vegan offerings, cosy vibe - Edit
Surprisingly good cafe with a lovely view of the cuillins. I had sourdough toast with peanut butter and jam, and then a pleasingly squidgy vegan rocky road brownie. They had an intriguing sounding vegan main course with potatoes, chickpeas and dulse... I wasn't hungry enough to go for that, but it was good to see a vegan option with mostly "local" ingredients.

Great place for afternoon tea! - Edit
This is a wonderful location with excellent service.I happened to be driving past by chance and stopped in. I was surprised it had vegan options, and so glad to see it on here. The server I had happened to vegan! I had a vegan muffin with mango icing and a turmeric latte with a shot of coffee on oat milk. Both were very delicious. Recommend as a little stop over - the view is also stunning.

Books/cafe/shop - Edit
Delicious curry or the special board that was ‘could-be-made-vegan’ and a nice edamame pate sandwich were the two options here today, those two plus to lattes came out just over £30

Cute but not much choice - Edit
The place itself is very eclectic and quaint, I would happily sit there all day drinking tea and reading. Unfortunately the vegan options weren't great for breakfast, it was just toast with either patte or peanut butter. Bit disappointed and left hungry. Also no vegan cakes.

Lovely but a bit limited - Edit
I wanted to love this place and in many respects it is lovely. The decor is vintage, seating and views are wonderful, the old books fascinating. However, I chose this place because of its vegan offerings and on the morning I went it had very limited availability. No homemade smoky beans, no homemade peanut butter, no turmeric latte. For breakfast, that left limited options for a vegan. I did have wonderful homemade sour dough, but for the price of £3.95, I expected more than one slice. I did however have a fabulous coconut and chocolate vegan cake and beautiful coffee. Server was not very knowledgeable about the place either. I would try it again as this was probably an off day. Photos show the potential of this cafe I think.

Lovely Little Cafe - Edit
There were a couple of vegan sandwich options, a roasted pepper option or a edamame bean option. Both were really nice and served in some ciabatta.

Good wee cafe - Edit
Cafe with clearly labelled vegan options. We had a couple of soups and an edamame ciabatta. There was also a vegan cake. Prices reasonable for Skye. The 'romantic vibe' in the toilet made me giggle.

Superb lunch on a bike ride - Edit
Stopped here for lunch mid-ride. We had spicy carrot and lentil soup with fresh bread to start, a fantastic tofu (home made) and rice noodle salad shared with a falafel and pea humus ciabata. All washed down withproper coffee and a vegan fruit cake.

Loved our stop here, a quirky sun filled space surrounded by book shelves, reminded me of an old school library. Friendly staff, basic vegan options nicely prepared. I had home made beans on toast and delicious oat milk chai latte.
