This is definitely a great find in Chihuahua, especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. It is about a 20-minute walk from Centro but totally worth it (or you can take an Uber), the husband and wife team make everything fresh, the portion sizes are good, and the prices are great. The Ceviche made with setas is the best I've ever had!.... including when I used to eat fish and seafood. I also had the mushroom burger which was fantastic! They also have a refrigerated section with several different types of fresh bread, prepared items to go (some of which have cream or milk in them), and all of their popsicles (paletas) and ice cream (helados) are vegan and come in some very interesting flavors. They also have a freezer with some vegan meat options. I left full and happy and with a bag full of to-go items and definitely would go back here!

Great family-run restaurant. I ordered the plato del día, which was rice, tinga de lentejas, soup and a salad, really delicious. My partner order the torta de milanesa, which can be ordered vegan if you take off the cheese. He said it was really good. Seems like the restaurant is 95% vegan, they offer cheese but it can be removed. The son makes the ice cream paletas himself and they're reeaaally good.

Este restaurante es vegetariano con muchísimas opiniones veganas. Lo único vegetariano que venden es queso. Fuera de eso es vegano. Tienen comida corrida a la 1. Durante todo el día venden hamburguesas y tortas y ceviche. Tienen varios productos para llevar como milanesas. Boneless. Chicharrón. Y postres como paletas y tapioca. También venden productos veganos como soya y otras cosas. Fuimos atendidos por dueños y cocineros Álvaro y Rosario. Pedimos una torta de milanesa , otra de bologna y un ceviche de setas. Todos delicioso. Terminamos con unas paletas cubiertas de chocolate. Todo muy rico. Muy bien servicio y vegano
