This food was absolutely out of this world! Authentic Puerto Rican food without the guilt. The owner is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all foods. I loved the Mofongo Smashed plantations with delicious creamy aioli Yumm rice and beans are delicious. The desserts are out of this world.

I had the classic yellow rice and stewed red beans, with some pernil (made from jackfruit), mofungo (mashed green plantains) and salad. Everything vegan. The pernil, mofongo and salad each had its own dressing. This meal was delicious and flavorful and the traditional Puerto Rican flavors came through loud and clear. I'm just sorry I live over a 100 miles away, otherwise Boca Fresca would be a weekly stop to eat.

The BEST Vegan Food...and of course Puertorrican - Edit
I was looking for a vegan option to have lunch with some friends I used to visit on my vacations and Boca Fresca was a spectacular option. Meeting Solange, the chef and owner, who kindly told us how she created this great concept, and taking advantage of her food which was simply spectacular, I think was the highlight of my vacation. My non-vegan friends enjoyed it as much as I did and look forward to visiting again.

Look no further, this is the best vegan spot in Orlando. The food is absolutely delicious. There are many options to build your own bowl and they're all amazing. You can't go wrong with anything. The place is also operated by extremely nice people and the service is great.

Look for the picnic table and stop!! On vacation and I always enjoy exploring with my happy cow app!! This little white building was exceptionally. They made bowls and walked us thru the process and we’re extremely helpful. We made beautiful bowls of tasty food. The mofungo was soooo good. I’ve never had before. We topped our lunch off with flan and lemonade.

Read moreWhere to begin-- the food is incredible. So many choices (we got extra because we couldn't pick just 1 of some options for the bowl). The jackfruit Pernil and the chicharrón are out of this world. I have no idea how they make it so meat-like, but it was so satisfying! The sauces are delicious and add yet another layer of flavors! All of the veggie toppings are tasty as well. The passion fruit lemonade is a must!
Solange and Azul were so kind and helpful, they explained what everything was and how it worked. Overall just a wonderful experience.
The spot can be tricky to find, follow the GPS and then look for the picnic tables! We can't wait to return someday!

Wow is this delicious!! This place takes Puerto Rican food to a whole new level. Gone are the high oil-laden dishes. Instead Boca Fresca serves wonderfully seasoned whole plant foods that go together like they're in love with each other. Air frying brings out the deeper flavors of mofungo. And the sancocho soup mixed in on my bowl was perfect for a chilly day like today. We both loved it and will be going here often!

Vegan heaven! This place is one of the best vegan places in Orlando. I had the hearts of palm gazpacho/ceviche and bowl with smoked tofu and bbq jackfruit. Their sauces put all the other bowl places in Orlando to shame! Highly recommend!!!
