VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE - Edit
Our first meal here last night was a pleasant experience. My husband is gluten intolerant and I'm vegan so it's not easy to find a place that suits us both when eating out, but this fit the bill. It's 100% gluten-free and very vegan-friendly. Quite a unique place and the owner Liz was a delight and eager to please, as was her staff. She is committed to keeping the food pure, healthy and of consistently high standard. The waffle sandwiches are so delicious and deceptively filling. Everything is made fresh to order so there was a short wait, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered the Magic Shroom which is grilled portobello with vegan smoked gouda & spinach in a buckwheat waffle sandwich. I also had a passion fruit boba drink. The drinks are basic fruit concentrates to which you add sweetener (Agave or Sugar syrup) to suit your own taste, plus vegan creamer if desired. We will certainly be visiting this place again and will be telling our friends.

Portabello Sandwhich on Buckwheat Waffles - Edit
I didn't know where to start. I'm not used to most of the menu being vegan and gluten free. I enjoyed the Magic Shroom sandwich on buckwheat waffles with added avocado and a substitution of Follow Your Heart Pepperjack for Gouda.

Everything here starts as vegan. If you wanna and non vegan items there’s plenty too choose from. I had some kind of veggie sandwich with hummus. They have boba here too.

I’m a grain free vegan and just ate here and loved our salad, chili and waffle.
Read moreThe owner is super friendly and knowledgeable about all ingredients. Being both a pastry chef and chemical engineer, she goes out of her way to make sure ingredients are fresh and conform to strict requirements in order to meet the needs of those with allergies.
Also, the place is super clean - even the bathroom.
