Some nice vegan options like the bao and pho but the food is on the borderline of taking itself too seriously.

Surprise Good Find in Lewiston - Edit
The menu has vegan items, and the wait staff were ready with suggestions for vegan versions of other items.

As far as Lewiston goes - very good - Edit
Veggie (Vegan) Pho slaps. Fresh Rolls also good. Dumplings are eh. Beware of the boba refreshers which are vegan but could prob give you diab*tes (too sweet).
