Tasty noodles on slope

Good to find something on the mountain where choices are sparse, it's labeled vegetarian but looking at all ingredients pretty sure it's vegan. Also offer edamame

I was there asking if the dish is vegan and they told it has Dashi in it
So the only vegan option is french fries or Edamame
