Not a buffet

This isn't a buffet... I gather that it was once upon a time but it's not anymore. The food isn't bad (isn't great) and the price isn't too expensive for D2 (but it is expensive compared to other areas). Overall if you're in the area it's not a bad option; definitely wouldn't travel for it.

Busy on Buddha day

Super quick service on the busiest day of the month. Spacious interior. Food is okay. Very oily.

Great range

Good options. All vegan. Great com Chay buffet, also had ban xeo which was good but a little soggy with a lot of fake luncheon ham.

Do not miss this restaurant

This restaurant is fantastic. It is an open style, typical Vietnamese eating place for the locals. We were the only Westerners present and despite not speaking Vietnamese and the staff not speaking English, we were able to easily negotiate what we wanted. Three lunch meals and two deserts cost less than AUS$5...unbelievably great value. It doesn’t have all the frills but the food was fantastic.

Pros: Cheap, fast, flavoursome

Delicious, cheap & big portions!

The buffet is great as there are so many options. You get to choose 5 of options and they stack them onto a plate full of rice. All this for 25k VND!

Pros: very nice, affordable , large portions

Cons: English is very limited, probably not great for someone with allergies due

loved this place.

Extremely cheap great local scene. Place was packed food was fresh and there is fresh juice there as well. The spring roles are great but the tofu and fake meats were phonominal. This coming from someone who hates fake meat. I will be back

Cheapest Veg in D2, come for Pho

I work in D2 (but live in D3 with lots of cheaper options), so I was happy to find this inexpensive, strictly vegetarian shop in the 'suburbs'. A typical rice buffet, but my favorite is the Pho offered on Mondays and Fridays as daily noodle specials. Some of the best vegetarian Pho while still keeping with the authentic taste. Only 25k! The menu is mostly in Vietnamese, but the money-man can speak a bit of English, so unless you can navigate a restaurant in Vietnamese, have some patience with the staff.

Pros: Pho, Pho, Pho, Cheap, Banh Bao is a great snack to take away
