Delicious vegan and vegetarian Restaurant, that operates in Malaysia, HK and China. A lot of options. Very centrally located, next to People’s Square.

BMS Organics

Very convenient if you're staying in the Bund area or taking a stroll along Nanjing Road, but I think you can find better food at a lower cost elsewhere. The food was fine. I ordered a laksa-like soup and requested no mushrooms and only fried tofu but my soup arrived LOADED WITH MUSHROOMS inside... This really took the joy out of my dish. However, I did really love the tofu and the flavor of the broth was very good. I'd try this place again but there are other places that I liked better in Shanghai.

Many food can not make no onion no garlic

Nice and up class restaurant in big mall.
Foods looks nice and inviting, so sad almost all the menu, include their signature laksa can not make no onion no garlic.
Just a little suggestion, please make sure again, who is your target market, consider you sell an Asian meals.
We end up eat a tomato pasta, the only choise for us.

Pros: In NanJingLu mall

Cons: Use onion and garlic

Yummy

Located on the 4th floor of the shopping centre,
Food was so tasty and veggie/vegan clearly labelled. Lots of options that looked really nice, healthy and delicious, lots of vegan desserts too. Huge portions like everywhere else in China.

Pros: Lots of vegan options including desserts , Delicious , Healthy

Heaven for a vegan in Shanghai

This was definitely the best place I ate at in shanghai. They welcomed us with a chia seed drink and kept our lemon water topped up, service was fast and food was absolutely delicious. The white coffee was sweet but sooo good! Highly recommend for a vegan in a city which offers little options.

Pros: Good location , Vegan options , Fast service

My new go to place

I was really running short on good places to eat in SH and this place is my savior. Will come back several times. Even better than the ones in Malaysia imo.

Pros: Beautiful delicious menu

Cons: Afternoon tea time closes kitchen , Cakes aren't vegan. They should be

Tasty & Nutritious Food

They have a very clearly marked menu with a really nice selection. I enjoyed the red curry. The staff was also very accommodating even though their kitchen was about to close (Just past 9pm).
This place is across the street from the People's Square station exit 19. It's in the Bailian Shimao International Plaza which is super brightly lit at night. Go inside and take the Elevator or Escalator up to L4 (It's on Level Four, not the fourth floor).

Pros: It's in a mall

Cons: It's in a mall

Great food, decent prices (for touristy/mall type crowd).

4th floor of mall, West side! 😉 Very friendly staff, spoke english well too. Almost all vegan, very clear what is what. Accepts Visa and Mastercard. Definitely going back.

Delicious

Accidentally stumbled across this place. Couldn't have been happier to stumble! Delicious food, high quality, huge variety of choices including breakfast, lunch, dinner and smoothies. Well translated menu. Reasonable prices. Very good customer service. Pleasant restaurant however in a shopping complex so a little sterile. Large portions! I have a large appetite and can confirm that you won't leave hungry.
It's not junk food either. It's all wholesome and cultural (both western culture and eastern culture) recipes. Most of the menu is Vegan but a few are just Vegetarian.

Pros: Quality food, Perfected recipes , Range of choice

a varied menu

There are many menu items to choose from, most of them are vegan, and all are clearly marked. I've been a few times to more than one location and have tried western dishes and asian dishes. The western ones are fine, but the asian ones are better. Most recently I've had the Malay Yellow Curry and the Thai Green Curry. The veggies are the same, just the sauce is different. Both are good and very filling.
