Love Their Can Do Attitude As Regards Vegan Dietary Requirements

I have not been to Blueberries since before Covid. There is nothing specifically vegan on the menu, but they try their very hardest to accommodate. I usually have jacket potato and make up toppings from items off the menu, so ordered roast vegetables and avocado. Katherine one of the owners and chef came over and said she could suggest other dishes if I didn't fancy jacket potato, but if I still did how about adding sun blush tomatoes, onion chutney and vegan cheese. What a nice gesture and I will take her up on her kind offer of other options next time I visit. I noticed they could offer vegan options with notice for their 2/3 course Christmas menu and had two vegan frozen ready meals to takeaway, moussaka and chilli.

I really cannot knock Blueberries, they may not have vegan options (a cake would be nice (:-) and I do need to enquire if they have plant milks, as I always take my own. But they will always try and rustle up something satisfying to eat and with notice can make something like a vegan hotpot, which I have had previously which was awesome.

Pros: Very accommodating, Vegan food is fresh made to order, Vegan cheese
