A few good options, but expensive! - Edit
We spent $34 on a small açaí bowl and vegan sandwich (make sure you specify that you want vegan mayo). It was good and my wife was happy that they were generous with the peanut butter on the açaí bowl.

Several Great Vegan Options - Edit
Veg panini made vegan on request was very good. Açaí bowl was vegan, vegan wrap option, vegan coffees. Very nice small place for breakfast or lunch.
