Homemade falafel - Edit
The best place to go for a vegan in El Nido! Blueazul has several vegan dishes that can't be find in other restaurants in the city (which usually would be pizza without cheese or rice and vegetables). Their trademark is the falafel, which is really tasty. However, most of their dishes contains the same thing - falafel, fries, hummus, salad - even if it's called a hamburger, wrap or combo plate. Also has pad thai (with egg noodles), several soups and spicy curries. Nice owner and a lovely place with a lots of neon lights. Burger with fries is 180 php, a falafel combo plate (10 pcs) for two people is 300 php. Located on the western end on Calle Real.

only place to go - Edit
The food is great!!!!
Even tho isn't a vegetarian place, the menu is at least 50% vegetarian and there some variety!
Went there several times and tried different stuff and all excellent!
My fav was the falafel wrap!!!!
Also the owner/chef is sooooo nice and friendly!
Prices aren't as cheap but place is lovely, vibrant and colorful!

Welcome place in El Nido - Edit
Quite a colourful place this.
It has quite a varied menu but the food is not up to the standard of the menu. I really enjoyed the hummus, but the falafel wasn't great and tasted just like the chick pea patties, the potato cakes, the bhajis.
So, mixed result really.
As per all restaurants in El Nido, it only has electricity from 2 pm, so no shakes etc in mornings.
Pros: Cheap, Easy to find and central
Cons: Food prep not consistent
