We were very excited to find a sushi restaurant in the Phoenix area with a full menu of vegan options. The vegan lettuce wraps and the sushi choices we made were delicious! We will be regulars here.

So many options for rolls and other appetizers. They used marinated veggies as their “fish” instead of fake meat for the rolls we ordered. All super tasty with very different combinations.

Nearly a third of the (extensive) menu is vegan. Expect far more than just your basic avocado rolls and veggie rolls here! The food was amazing, this will be my new go-to sushi place (goodbye, Sushi 101!)

they have a bunch of vegan options available on the menu that are clearly marked. the sushi and miso soup were delicious! staff also informed me that the kitchen has a separate area for vegan items to be prepared. amazing!!
