Fantastic vegan sushi! - Edit
I ordered from this place after reading the glowing reviews and I'm so glad I did! There were so many unique styles of vegan sushi it was hard to choose. I got the cowgirl, vegan Philly and shiitake to me, and they were all really flavourful. The cowgirl was not traditional at all but I think it may have been my favourite!

The fact that they have happy hour on vegan sushi makes life worth living. You know those days where you’re just going through the motions and wondering is there more to life than meets the eye? Well yes, and it’s this sushi. Big bussin. Who needs therapy when you have items like the shiitake to me, or the crispy Brussel sprouts?

What a gem to encounter on our one night in Omaha! There were 20 or so vegan options. We got the vegan tuna tower and two vegan maki rolls. Everything was delicious! The vegan sushi rivaled any I’ve tried in much larger cities like New York or Chicago.

Great Vegan Options - Edit
Vegan options are listed clearly on the menu and there is a wide range of options. Blue Sushi has opened so many people’s minds to the idea of eating sushi and that it can be great! Definitely try the Cowgirl. It is a little pricey, but you can sign up to get discounts for your birthday and is a great spot to go for special occasions or as a fun treat.

This place was phenomenal! The expansive vegan menu was a treat. It was difficult to decide on our selections! We went with the Cowgirl and the Eden Roll and both were delicious. The Cowgirl roll reminded me of a Texas BBQ burger. The Eden Roll was good and the portions were huge. The cocktails were also tasty and fun! I had the Blue Mule. I definitely want to try this place again and sample more of their offerings.

Wish I could give it 5 stars, because the whole experience was incredible. My only problem was trying to narrow the choices to four items to split with my wife. It’s rare to have so many vegan options in a non-vegan restaurant. A dedicated vegan section on menu. I visit Omaha twice/year, and this is a place I will visit each and every time I’m here.

They have a specifically labeled vegan section with 12 or so speciality rolls. They of course have your standard cucumber and avocado rolls, but they also have tons of other creative options. My favorite is the cowgirl roll that has a surprisingly delicious tempura pickle inside! I wish it weren’t so expensive, otherwise I’d get it for lunch all the time!

SO many vegan sushi options, and they’re all excellent. This location is very consistent with the Lincoln one. Everything tastes identical. The cowgirl roll and Thai hippie roll are my favorites! We order SO much food every time, and we’re shocked at how small the bill is.

So many delicious and creative rolls. You can tell someone put thought into creating the recipes for their vegan line and we greatly appreciated this. The menu has all vegan items clearly marked and they even had vegan desert! Everything was so good. We went during happy hour so everything was also well priced.

they had way more vegan rolls then any other place I have been.
Lots of sitting and service was good.
I had the
Cowgirl: pickle vegan tempura, sriracha-fried onion rings, vegan mayo, bbq paper.
Eden Roll: sweet potato vegan tempura and grilled grilled asparagus is paired with creamy edamame hummus, sun-dried tomato, brown rice, soy paper and olive oil.
Shojin: bbq seitan, grilled asparagus, pineapple, shallot, bibb lettuce, nori, brown rice, soy paper and sweet soy.

My partner and I have heard good things about this place and finally came. They have lots of vegan options for sushi and some for entrees and appetizers. The sake is great and listed in order of sweetness. The servers were super dope also. They have simple avocado rolls for like $5 and fancier mushroom/tempura rolls for like $10
