Serves meat, vegan options available. A restaurant chain in several US states. Uses vegan mayo and vegan tempura batter. On the regular menu all vegan items are marked with a 'v' and a separate menu for gluten-free items is available. Appetizers include edamame, shishito peppers, edamame hummus and veggies, seaweed salad, and miso soup. From the rest of the menu there are around 15 vegan choices and you can substitute brown rice for white rice. Wi-fi.

The sushi choices are outstanding! This isn't the place to just get the avocado roll; the rolls are chef crafted using a great balance of flavor. They have rolls with seitan, tofu, tempura, vegan mayo, veggies, etc. Everything vegan on the menu is marked with a "V", and the staff is very helpful! Check out the long happy hour hours too!
