Favorite spot for sushi! - Edit
I love Blue Sushi Sake Grill for sushi! It’s perfect for date nights. The vegan options are amazing and so many to choose from. I always get the prince roll and brussel sprouts. I recommend going to their happy hour all day Sundays for great deals!

Excellent vegan options - Edit
They have a wide selection of vegan sushi rolls. I tried their vegan smoked salmon and shiitake. They were delicious. And their crispy brussel sprout is a hidden gem.

Fantastic Vegan Maki! - Edit
This place has a large selection of delicious vegan options on their menu. Every single thing I’ve tried has been great! The interior is nice, but can get quite loud. The patio is nice. Sundays have all-day happy hour, so recommend reservation, as they stay busy. I have only visited the Preston Hollow location, but I’m assuming the other locations are just as great.

From joy to utter disappointment - Edit
I was incredibly happy to discover vegan sushi near me, only to receive probably the smallest sushi rolls I've ever seen, smaller than what you might get at a Kroger. Spent around $50 for $15 worth of sushi. Just to prove I could, I made every kind of sushi I ordered and more for half the price at home, so I guess I'm grateful for the inspiration, but I definitely won't ever be going back.

Variety and many options for Vegan Sushi - Edit
Blue Sushi has a great reputation for Vegan sushi and I think it’s well earned. Other places I have tried will offer maybe three rolls or so as an option and call that a “vegan menu” and really they are as boring as an avocado roll. Blue offers so many options that it’s difficult to decide! I tried three new rolls this time and they were so varying in flavor and design. I had Shittake to Me, Thai Hippie, and Vegan South Pacific. All three I would order again.

Up in Smokin good - Edit
I visited this spot on the recommendation of the guys at Vegan Vibrationz. (5-Stars) while visiting the area. My friends are not vegan so a good omni spot with options was great.
Read moreThe location was in a cute shopping area with a Trader Joes, always a bonus. The decor was a little weird. Japanese restaurant with US fighter pilots and pinups along side Godzilla, OK cool. But the AC was on and I knew that the food was going to be great.
The staff was friendly took out order in a good amount of time etc.
There were several vegan options to choose from. I wanted to try so many, but we were headed out for a days adventures and leftover or overly filled tummy's was not the plan for the day. For the table we had edamame and cucumber salad and I ordered the up in smoke. I love a good smokey roll. The v cream cheese was really creamy and didn't have any tang like many do. The veggies were crisp and a perfect compliment to the smokey flavor that was the topping. I highly recommend stopping in and checking this place out.
Pros: Several V options, A/C, Quality food

You have to come check this place out! - Edit
I have eaten here a handful of times and it always hits the spot! About 18 different vegan rolls and 7 different vegan nigiri. I still haven’t made my way through everything. A bit pricey, but it is very creative and I don’t think you will ever eat food like this anywhere else. I’ve also gotten this delivered by UberEats and it travels really well too!

Amazing - Edit
This place has a customer for life. I ate sushi every 2 weeks before going vegan and I’m so glad I found this place. The sushi was great and I didn’t feel like I lacked anything. Flavor & presentation was there. #Veganuary

Amazing vegan sushi - Edit
We got six vegan maki rolls to go and loved them all. The tomato tuna is very realistic and we didn't feel like we were missing out on the real thing at all. The to go order was thoughtfully packaged and labeled. We will definitely be back!

THE Place for Vegan and GF Sushi - Edit
Awesome choice of vegan and gluten free sushi.
Read moreThey offer completely separate menus for gluten free and vegan, and have an extensive list of sauces, gluten free tempura and even offer vegan caviart!
I have inhaled everything I've ordered here, so no need to bring a reusable container (unless I decide to order and extra roll or two specifically to-go).
Pros: Clear Vegan Option, Expansive Vegan and GF Menu, Well Informed Staff

great vegan sushi - Edit
This was the best vegan sushi I’ve ever had. There is a separate menu section just for vegan and vegetarian sushi rolls, and also vegan appetizers. You can also get the mushroom poke bowl with no egg. If you are worried about the fryer being shared with non vegan items, there are plenty of vegan sushi Rolls with no fried stuff In them, such as the VLT. They have vegan siracha mayo too, as well as a vegan chocolate mousse dessert. The sushi rolls are priced around 8-10$ but if you go during happy hour each roll is only 5.50

vegan? - Edit
They are great and accommodating HOWEVER, their ‘vegan’ items are mostly with their tempura and anything that is fried SHARES fryers with non vegan item. Sad! Would be great since they have lots of ‘vegan’ options, I would hope they would switch to vegan designated fryers. Fingers crossed.
