Lots of options, worth a visit - Edit
Vegan options were clearly labeled and there were at least ten. Everything was tasty and interesting (not just a bunch of avocado/cucumber rolls).

Amazing! Go! For vegans & omnivores - Edit
There were SO many vegan options for not being a vegan-exclusive restaurant. Really good Maki. Would definitely come back for happy hour or vegan Tuesday (25% off vegan items)! Bit of a wait (30-40min) at 6:20 on a Saturday. But apparently you could make a reservation on OpenTable. Wish we would've known that and then made it before 6:30 when happy hour ended. My non-vegan friend was very satisfied as was I. I originally recommended Planta Queen which is nearby and fully plant-based with amazing Maki but my friend wanted fish so this was our compromise but it was SO GOOD, it surprised my expectations (and I'd been pretty bummed she didn't want to go to Planta Queen --highly recommend both).

Great Vegan Choices - Edit
Chicago can be really rough for a vegan. Nice to find a restaurant with a dedicated vegan section along with some other clearly marked vegan choices. The best part is that the vegan options are all pretty unique and delicious.

I've been to both locations off fullerton and the one in naperville- and Ive been to this location about 4-5 times since it opened. In my experience Blue is very hit or miss. However, on a good day, Blue is great and has a huge extensive vegan sushi menu. Drinks are always great. Miso brussel sprouts, garden roll and blueberry martini were my favorites.
