Not good for Vegans

I visited The Blue Strawberry with two friends recently. It was their choice and I'm happy to eat with Omni friends.
However my vegan life choices were mocked by the waiter (he thought he was being amusing - but even my omni friends thought it was rude) I just want to order my food choices the same as everyone else.
All I could have was a pasta dish that was slimy, overcooked and way too salty - I have no doubts they take pride in their main menu but given the vegan pasta wasn't cheap I would not recommend it.

Pros: Nice location

Highly recommended!!!

I had an amazing date night meal last night. I informed them I was vegan at the booking of the meal and they went over and above to cater for me. There was a full vegan menu. There was a choice of 2 starters, 2 mains and about 5 different desserts. The drinks I had were 2 mocktails (elderflower sparkle and cranberry cooler) and a americano with soya milk (they also offered other coffees ie. Latte). I had a chargrilled vegetable Wellington, with a fresh tomato sauce, new potatoes, broccoli, carrots and green beans it was delicious. Then for dessert I was over the moon, I was spoilt for choice there were things like sticky toffee pudding, frangipane, warm chocolate brownie cage, fruit platter and sorbet. I had warm brownie cake. It was to die for. A very enjoyable evening.

Pros: Separate vegan menu, Delicious food with generous portions, Amazing vegan dessert choices

Cons: Quite pricey but worth it, Parking is limited

Great surroundings good vegan choices.

This good quality restaraunt has lovely feel and in recent years has made a real effort to cater for both vegetarian and vegans.
You will need to book in advance and mention if you are vegan.
They have a separate menu with starter, mains and desserts.

Pros: Separate vegan menu , Vegetarian choices also, High quality food

Cons: Gets busy so book in advance, Higher end price wise
