Fancy donuts shop with a few outlets. Usually offers 3 or so varieties of vegan donuts each day - go early before they sell out. Serves Stumptown coffee. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-8:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-8:00pm.

Surprisingly life changing donuts - Edit
I'm not a doughnut eater AT ALL. Even before I was vegan I wasn't a fan. But Blue Star's vegan donuts are so good I think they have converted me to donut loving! The staff is great and are obviously very passionate about what they do! Definitely try Blue Star out!!
Pros: FLAVOR, Wonderful humans

4 vegan donuts - Edit
Went into their store - clean and efficient. The lady packaging thei donuts took great care individually wrapping them before boxing. 4 vegan donut choices - matcha, cinnamon, raspberry and orange oil. They are all delicious - but my favourite would have to be the orange oil and matcha. Prices at $2.75 each - not bad.

Tasty donuts but small vegan selection - Edit
Blue Star makes some really tasty donuts but they only had three vegan donuts to choose from at the time I visited. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the shop itself is very clean and fancy.
