Nice naturals mom and pop hole in the wall with all the naturals you will have a tough time finding at a grocery. There are natural soaps, a nice small selection of some chilled and frozen foods like vegan cheese, and some nice bulk items like seeds or sliced ginger. Stop here before you hit the grocery!
Fairly well-stocked small health food store - Edit
I'm a vegan living in Sublette County, Wyoming and am grateful for the presence of Blue Planet Foods both for the vegan and organic foods. They are fairly well stocked in terms of dry goods, but have very very few produce items. They have a good sized bulk bin section and prices on their organic beans are actually cheaper than Jackson Whole Grocer.
In terms of specialty foods to satisfy a vegan, they have a few veggie meats, but no tofu because the proprietor claims "no one eats tofu anymore." If you want non-organic tofu. there is some at Ridley's Family Market down the street. She does have a few vegan ice creams.
They used to have Daiya cheese, but no longer. They have one vegan cheese brand that never appealed to me. Daiya and a much larger selection of vegan and organic options -- including organic produce -- are available up at Jackson Whole Grocer 80 miles away. They do have Earth Balance and some Veganaise and dairy-free chocolate. Also Kombucha, which thrills me.
They have lots of natural and organic cookies, soups, crackers, dry and canned beans, natural beauty products, supplements and a fairly good selection of the types of foods you would find at a Whole Foods Market, but obviously not as large of a selection because they are very small. But a good showing for the 3rd least populated county in the nation which happens to be in the middle of cattle country.
Only 4 stars (or actually 4 Happy Cow's) because they don't have a large enough selection of veggie meats, Daiya cheese, tofu and organic produce so the bulk of my shopping still needs to be done either up in Jackson or in Park City.

Pros: Vegan Chocolate , Reasonably priced bulk bin items , Good selection of animal free dry goods
Cons: Need more vegan meats, Daiya, etc, Need Organic Tofu & Tempeh , Need more organic produce
