Best vegan meal I've ever had! - Edit
We went to Blue HIll at Stone Barn for a special occasion, and I had the best vegan meal of my entire life. They serve meat and dairy but will do a complete vegan tasting menu when requested. I don't even know where to start. There were around 20 courses and all were my favorite! From tasting multiple squashes to roasted carrots to risotto. It was absolutely fabulous. It's very expensive and you have to book the reservation far in advance, but it truly is an amazing dining experience.
