Only one option

I don’t even know why this is on here. There is only one vegan entree on the menu, and none of the others can be veganized. Some of the appetizers are vegan, and they’re nice, but not substantial. Staff doesn’t seem to know much about vegan diets, nor do they seem to care. The one vegan entree, a falafel sandwich, is fine… but only because even mediocre falafel is still pretty good. There are better options in the area.

labeled menu!

the menu is clearly labeled with symbols for vegan and vegetarian. there is a mistake on the menu and the falafel with cheese is labeled vegan, but everything else is accurate. server was knowledgeable and told me what was in everything when i double checked with him and he also told me the chips & falafel are fried in soybean oil. i wish there were more entree options but i got the tour of lebanon as an appetizer (pita was amazing) and falafel & lentil soup as my meal, which was satisfying despite not being an entree. the soup was creamy and delicious and the chips that came with it were also great, and you can’t go wrong with falafel.
they have a section of their menu for fresh juice. i ordered one and it was more like a smoothie, so i asked what was in it to make sure it wasn’t blended with any sort of dairy. it was just frozen fruits, sugar, raspberry syrup, & water. if i lived closer i would definitely be a returning customer.

Cons: none of the salads are vegan without modifications, staff is not informed on what’s vegan
