Vegan Hello to the Queen - Edit

Cute little place off the beaten path in Dharamkot. It maps on google maps*

Has a big extensive menu with loads of veganised versions of Indian cuisine and international ones as well; including a vegan omelet.

They also make Hello to the Queen/King with homemade cashew icecream and snickers bar.

Pros: Hard to find vegan nums, extensive menu, Vegan Omelet

Cons: bring your checkbook, hard to find, portions a bit small

great cafe, great location.. - Edit

i recently visited blue caterpillar vegan cafe in Dharamkot, Dharmasala. its located a short walk from bhagshu (7-8 minutes) and a short rickshaw away from mcleod gange. over the 2 or 3 days i stayed locally i had most of the curries but my favourite was the veg thali, large portion and seasoned very well. the cashew cheese pizza was amazing.. Raj (the owner) also makes a variety of vegan deserts my favourite being his dark chocolate snickers (homemade) so tasty. other items include vegan biscuits! overall one of my favourite cafes in dhamarkot and a MUST for vegans and vegetarians!

Pros: well priced
